Sunday, my favourite day of the week, is when I reset myself and prepare for a better week. It takes both physically and mentally. Below, are some little wholesome things I love to do on Sunday.


  • drink a glass of hot water (red dates and goji berries) to revitalise blood flow

  • get fresh flowers at Columbia Road Flower Market

  • coffee and fresh pasty from Jolene

  • a phone call with my parents

  • look at the blue sky and appreciate the little things I have in my life

  • exfoliate my skin/ body

  • take a hot bath with my candle and a book in the early evening

  • put on a heavy layer of moisturiser on my face

  • prep healthy lunch boxes for the week

  • create content to share things I love with you
